The Dude and Attila were wandering through Best Buy and ran across this in the DVD section! Evidently the newly released director’s cut DVD was deemed hot enough for some of the big box stores to pick it up (who knew?). Since The Dude had never seen this masterpiece of B-moviedom, he snapped up a copy and, once Attila went down for her nap, popped it in the trusty DVD player, and… was pleasantly surprised! Now, to be fair, The Dude likes himself some B-movie, and hello, “ooooooo….. H. P. Lovecraft”, but he’s not so far gone into geekdom that he doesn’t recognize when something is absolutely unwatchable. Besides, who wouldn’t get a big smile on their face when the signature line, made (in)famous by Sarge, made its appearance… “Humans are such easy prey!”
